thanks for keeping it up to date but what emulator would you recommend to be the best one for online play use that maintains updated as well? i ask this b/c many folks don't usually update b/c of the different rom packages.

There doesn't seem to be anything much now, at least as far as MAME goes. One of the mamdevs (R.Belmont) will aggressively persue anyone who releases current networkable builds. Unfortunately.

There is a Chinese person who sometimes releases networkable FBA builds (link in first post). But, there hasn't been anything for a few months.
